How to turn foreskin

How to turn foreskin

When a man has phimosis, his penis will become particularly sensitive and even have an erection. Therefore, treatment must be carried out as soon as possible. During treatment, you can apply some anti-inflammatory ointment, but you should also pay attention to hygiene. Washing your penis every day can avoid the appearance of many bacteria and prevent many male diseases. So how does phimosis turn?

First, prepare some erythromycin ointment to make your penis erect, then pull the foreskin back. Don't use too much force to avoid pulling it too far when you pull it down the last bit, which will be very painful.

Be careful when pulling it, don't expect to pull it in place in one go, just pull it as far as you can, and it will be done in a few days.

You can press the glans with one hand, and use the thumb of the other hand to hold the foreskin on the edge of the glans and pull it back. First, pull the foreskin near the tendons of the glans at the bottom close to the urethral opening. The glans here is shallow and it is easy to pull it into place. After one side is in place, pull the other side, and then pull the front side. The front side is large and not easy to pull. It is better to do it several times to make it easier. After each area is pulled, use a cotton swab to apply some erythromycin ointment on it to prevent infection. Generally, there will be no infection. It will cause some pain if it sticks to raw water or clothes. If you apply some medicine at the time, you will not feel pain afterwards. (The above said to ask everyone to pull slowly. If it is a doctor, it will be pulled hard and all at once. I believe everyone will not be able to accept it.)

Generally speaking, there is no need for circumcision after the foreskin is turned back into place, unless there is also a problem with the foreskin opening being too small.

Foreskin that is too long during adolescence can be corrected by itself through manipulation.

The method is to gently rub and slowly turn the foreskin upwards two or three times every day when urinating, and keep doing it for a while after the glans is exposed, then release your hands. If you persist in this way for several months, the glans will develop faster because it is fully exposed. As the body grows, the edge will protrude and the foreskin will not recover.

Usually, even in adulthood, due to the expandability of the foreskin, surgery can still be used to correct the defect of excessive foreskin. Only a small number of people with phimosis actually need surgical treatment.
