Observation shows that the patient's long foreskin, poor local hygiene, long-term stimulation of coronal sulcus secretions and dirt, or inflammatory reactions such as local redness and swelling caused by other factors such as infection may be the direct cause of this disease.

Clinical manifestations

Clinically, penile pearly papules are more common in men around 20-30 years old. The damage mainly occurs at the edge of the glans penis and the junction of the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. Clinical treatment

Because penile pearly papules are a benign disease, they may disappear after a period of time in some people, while in others they may remain unchanged for decades.
