Pale tongue with white coating, or pale and fat tongue with teeth marks on the edges, and weak and deep pulse.

Wet heat injection type

Clinical manifestations: low sperm motility or sperm mortality rate>40%; warm and flaccid penis, weak erection; damp and hot scrotum, bitter and sticky mouth, thirst but no desire to drink; hot, red, astringent and painful urine. Red tongue with yellow and greasy coating, slippery and rapid pulse.
