Acupuncture:

1 Baihui Point: Located at the top of the head, when the patient feels that the entire head is heavy and painful, pressing the Baihui Point with fingers will produce immediate results.

2 When you have a migraine, you can use the hot air from a hair dryer to blow on the Tianzhu point, and the headache will be gone after a few minutes.

3 When you have pain in the back of your head: use your thumb to press the Tianzhu point horizontally, or you can use your fingers to press the Baihui point.

4 For chronic stubborn headaches, hot moxibustion on the Baihui acupoint has a good effect.

5 When the patient feels a headache like wearing a hat, the thumb and index finger of the hand should be used to massage the acupoint on the sternocleidomastoid muscle (the acupoint is in the transition section extending from behind the ear to the front neck).
