Can scrotal ringworm heal itself?

Can scrotal ringworm heal itself?

Scrotal disease is a common disease. Tinea scrota is a skin disease. The symptoms of this disease are obvious. It usually grows on the surface of the skin and is easy to identify. However, there should be many ways to treat it. It needs to be treated according to the specific situation of the disease, and it should also be observed whether it can heal itself. Skin diseases are more serious, especially those growing on the skin of the private parts of the human body. So can tinea scrota heal itself?

It cannot heal itself. Scrotal eczema is not something to be ashamed of. Scrotal eczema is the most common skin disease of the scrotum. It is an allergic reaction and a common skin disease of the genitals of men. It is not a sexually transmitted disease. The causes of scrotal eczema are complex, with both internal and external factors. People with allergic constitutions, long-term mental tension, and emotional fluctuations are prone to this disease. In addition, people with some diseases, such as chronic digestive system diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders, and metabolic disorders, are also prone to this disease under the influence of external factors. So it will not heal itself.

External factors include:

1. The living and working environment is humid, and the air humidity is relatively high;

2. External stimulation, cold or hot, excessive sweating, excessive scratching, etc.;

3. Tight underwear, friction with foreign objects, and wearing synthetic underwear can induce scrotal eczema. The main clinical symptoms are: itching. As the disease progresses, the itching gradually worsens. Scratching cannot relieve the itching. In severe cases, it affects sleep and work.

Symptoms of the rash include:

(1) Small papules, rashes and small blisters: Densely distributed millet-sized papules or small blisters with a flushed base can be found in the scrotum.

(2) Exudate and erosion: Itching causes scratching, which causes papules, papules, eczema, blisters and other skin lesions to be scratched, causing fluid to ooze out continuously, often soaking the underwear and forming erosion. The course of the disease is long, and repeated attacks make the skin thick, rough and pigmented. It is recommended that you pay attention to the hygiene of the external genitalia, avoid spicy food, quit smoking and drinking, avoid scratching the skin, avoid washing with hot water or soapy water, pay attention to rest, relax, etc. You should go to the hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible.
