Stand with your feet slightly inward (the distance between the toes is slightly smaller, and the distance between the heels is slightly larger), sit your buttocks slightly back, squat your legs slightly, and place your palms and fingertips opposite to each other in front of your abdomen like holding a ball; close your eyes slightly and breathe naturally. The time should be more than 40 minutes, and the longer the time, the better the effect.
