Can men have children by drinking beer?

If male friends are in the stage of preparing for pregnancy, it is best not to drink beer. If you try to have a child after drinking, the quality of your sperm will decrease, and it is likely that conception will fail. Even if conception is successful, many problems will arise, which will have a great impact on the baby's body and eventually lead to deformities.

1. Rough sports, such as football, hockey, tennis, horse riding and even rough sex. Rough sports may cause damage to your reproductive organs and affect your ability to produce sperm or ejaculate. If you engage in contact sports, you must wear protective clothing. When you make love with your wife, you must remember: if your goal is to conceive a baby, gentleness is the best method.

2. Stress. Research from the Department of Physiology at Ohio Medical College shows that even a small amount of stress can lead to a decrease in male testosterone levels and sperm count. Reducing stress can improve your sexual ability.

3. Hazards in the workplace. Research from McGill University in Montreal says that exposure to radiation and chemicals can damage sperm, reduce sperm count, and cause genetic defects in babies. If you are exposed to any harmful substances at work, ask for a temporary job change.

4. Certain medications. Ask your doctor if any prescription medications you are taking have side effects on sexual performance. Many medications can cause a decrease in fertility and sperm count, including medications for high blood pressure, ulcers, cancer, heart disease, enteritis, and even viral infections.

5. Stop smoking. Do you need more reasons to quit smoking? Consider this: Recent studies have determined that men who smoke have lower sperm counts. Moreover, quitting smoking will also help your family stay away from smoking. Passive smoking is more harmful to your wife and unborn child.

6. Stay away from alcohol. Alcohol has a certain toxic effect on the male reproductive system. It can cause sperm abnormalities and have adverse effects on the fetus. According to research, if the husband drinks 30 ml of alcohol per day one month before his wife becomes pregnant, or drinks 10 times in a month, each time more than 50 ml, or drinks once in a month, and the amount of alcohol is greater than or equal to 125 ml, the birth weight of the newborn born by his wife is 236 grams lower than that of the control group. Under such circumstances, low-weight babies born will have difficulties in feeding, low resistance, easy to get sick, slow growth and development, low intelligence, etc., and even affect the genetic genes of sperm.
