First, chronic prostatitis.

When men suffer from chronic prostatitis, white secretions will flow out of the urethra when urinating or defecating, and purulent discharge will occur. At the same time, there will be a certain degree of burning sensation in the urethra when urinating. In addition, there are typical symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, incomplete urination, perineal pain, mild or severe impotence and premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, decreased libido, insomnia, dreaminess, dizziness and fatigue.

Second, unclean sex life.

When men are infected with gonorrhea or non-gonococcal urethritis due to unclean sexual intercourse, they will experience typical symptoms of purulent urethral discharge.

Third, it is more common in urethritis.

Purulent discharge from the urethra in men is often seen in urethritis. Symptoms of urethritis include: mild edema or flushing of the urethra, mild eversion, and mucus or purulent secretions; patients experience frequent urination, severe urinary pain, or burning pain at the end of urination; squeezing the urethra from the root of the penis to the urethra can squeeze out mucus or purulent secretions, and occasionally mild tenderness.

Fourth, glansitis.

Experts point out that in the early stage of urethral purulent discharge, the glans penis and foreskin surface are edematous and congested, the area around the urethral opening is red, and wounds and erosions appear. It can develop into superficial ulcers, and purulent secretions flow out with a foul odor. The patient will feel itching or burning in the glans penis, followed by pain. In severe cases, there will also be fatigue, low fever, enlarged and tender inguinal lymph nodes.
