What ointment should be used for male scrotal eczema

In our lives, many men suffer from some male diseases. The most common male disease is scrotal eczema. In fact, most of these diseases are caused by men not developing good hygiene habits and not washing their underwear and scrotal eczema frequently. If the sex life is more chaotic, the probability of getting scrotal eczema is particularly high. So what kind of ointment is effective for scrotal eczema?

Scrotal eczema is a common genital skin disease in men. It is very stubborn and patients often suffer from pain or secondary infection due to scratching and inappropriate stimulation.

Scrotal eczema occurs symmetrically, often affecting the entire scrotum. The affected area is extremely itchy, with a long course of disease, repeated attacks, and repeated treatments that cannot be cured. In the acute stage, there may be papules, small blisters, pustules, erosions, exudation, scabs, and other changes. In the chronic stage, it manifests as deepening of the skin grooves, thickening of the skin, and roughness of the scrotal skin like leather, which is what the people call "scrotal eczema". If it is delayed or not treated properly, the acute stage and chronic stage may change mutually, and it may last for many years.

Scrotal eczema can also be acquired through sexual transmission. Clinically, 20% of scrotal eczema patients are infected through unhealthy sex. Avoid high-calorie, high-fat foods: Eat less high-calorie, high-fat foods such as chocolate, fatty meat, and pig's feet. These foods can stimulate the mucous membrane skin of the rectum and anus, causing obvious congestion and aggravating hemorrhoid bleeding and prolapse. Wear loose underwear to allow air to flow smoothly and dissipate heat easily. Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy foods, and eat less fish and meat. Excessive consumption of fatty, sweet, and spicy foods will help dampness and heat, aggravating symptoms.

You need to pay attention to cleaning with PP powder. It is mainly related to kidney deficiency. You need to pay attention to applying erythromycin ointment or taking kidney-tonifying treatment.

Scrotal eczema can be treated with calamine lotion and corticosteroid drugs. It is recommended to pay attention to hygiene to prevent infection and be careful not to scratch to avoid aggravating the infection.
