What are the symptoms of poor sperm quality in men?

In life, men have many bad habits, such as smoking and drinking frequently, and some people often have to use computers at work. Many men are engaged in mental work, so they will sit for a long time. Some men with good conditions often take saunas, etc. These bad habits will lead to a decline in the quality of men's sperm. So if a man's sperm quality is very poor, what symptoms will appear?

Symptoms of poor sperm quality in men:

obesity

If a man is obese, there may be some problems with his sperm. Dutch researchers found that men with a waist circumference of more than 40 inches (about 102 cm) had lower sperm concentrations and fewer sperm with normal movement. Researchers believe that carrying too much weight in the abdomen will hinder the release of sex hormones and the production and development of sperm.

Semen does not liquefy

The failure of semen to liquefy is the main manifestation of sperm abnormality. Normal semen is liquid at first, and quickly becomes a sticky, gelatinous state after discharge, similar to jelly. It will liquefy back to liquid after 5 to 30 minutes. If it still does not liquefy after half an hour, it means that there is prostate and seminal vesiculitis in the body, which has a certain impact on the quality of sperm.

Low semen volume

Low semen volume is also a manifestation of poor sperm quality. The normal male semen volume is 2~5ml. If it is less than 2ml, it means that it is caused by internal causes. At this time, the sperm density increases and the sperm are concentrated at one point, resulting in a decrease in vitality and viability.

Abnormal semen color

Under normal circumstances, the color of semen should be grayish white, and it will feel more impure after liquefaction. Although the color of normal semen is also grayish white, the color of semen in patients with low sperm motility will be lighter.

Abnormal acidity and alkalinity

If the quality of sperm is poor, the acidity and alkalinity will also be different. Under normal circumstances, the acidity and alkalinity of semen are weakly alkaline, with a pH between 7.7 and 8.5. Semen that is too acidic or too alkaline may affect the activity and metabolism of sperm, which are the reasons why sperm cannot survive.

Low sperm quality generally does not have any external symptoms. If you want to know whether the sperm quality is normal, you need to do a detailed routine semen examination to confirm the diagnosis. Are you currently having fertility problems? If it is due to poor sperm quality that causes difficulty in pregnancy, it is recommended to take Yuzhiyuan chewable tablets in time to supplement biological zinc and protein, etc., so as to improve sperm quality.
