What should men do if they have anal crypt inflammation?

Intestinal diseases are very dangerous and have a great impact on people's health. They are mainly diseases at the end of the rectum. For example, hemorrhoids are one of the important diseases that affect people. This is a disease near the anus, and it mainly affects men. Among them, anal cryptitis is one of the more common diseases, which brings great pain to men. Let's see what men should do if they have anal cryptitis?

1. Etiology and pathology: The anal sinus opens upward, which is prone to accumulation of feces and infection, resulting in spasm of the anal sphincter, making the anal sinus drainage difficult. The infection is difficult to control, causing inflammation and hypertrophy of the anal papilla.

2. Treatment

1. Take 10 ml of liquid wax orally 3 times a day, or 30 ml once a day.

2. Take a hot water sitz bath 1-2 times a day.

3. Remove the inflamed anal sinus and nipple, and start dilating the anus with fingers on the third day after the operation.

Disease Classification General Surgery

Symptoms and signs: Discomfort in the anus. During defecation, the feces press against the anal crypts, which can cause anal pain. This pain is usually mild and disappears within a few minutes. If the sphincter is stimulated and contracts, the pain will intensify. Short-term paroxysmal stabbing pain may occur when there is no defecation, and may affect the buttocks and posterior thighs. The acute phase is often accompanied by constipation, and the feces often contain a small amount of mucus, which often flows out before the feces and is sometimes mixed with blood.

Complications: The anal papilla becomes enlarged and prolapses from the anus, causing the anus to become moist and itchy.

The etiology and pathology are mostly due to improper diet, excessive consumption of strong alcohol, rich flavors, spicy and roasted foods; or worm accumulation, internal generation of dampness and heat, which flow down to the anus; or due to dry intestines, constipation, damage and infection.

1. Non-surgical treatment

Soften the stool, take a sitz bath with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution after defecation and every night, and use anti-inflammatory and analgesic suppositories such as metronidazole suppositories and compound Yuhong suppositories. The ingredients of each 1000 tablets of Compound Yuhong suppositories are as follows: 6.0g of Lithospermum officinale, 12.0g of Sophora flavescens, 30.0g of rosin, 6.0g of Betel nut, 170.0g of sesame oil, 25.0g of sulfonamide powder, 5.0g of Dyclonine, and 2.5g of cortisone.

2.Surgery

For chronic or recurrent cases, anal flap resection can be performed under local anesthesia to facilitate drainage. If there are enlarged anal papillae, they should be removed at the same time, and then non-surgical treatment should be continued, and the anus should be dilated with fingers within 5 to 7 days.
