Signs of Male Infertility

If a couple wants a child but cannot have one for a long time, it is probably because of something wrong with the woman's body or the man's body. There is a high probability that men are infertile, and if a man is infertile, it can be inferred through some physical symptoms. 1. Prolonged semen liquefaction time

Prolonged semen liquefaction time will hinder sperm from swimming to the goddess of one's heart, thus inducing infertility. Normal semen is liquefied when it is ejaculated, and then it will immediately form a jelly state or coagulate into a block. This process will not exceed half an hour. This phenomenon is called semen liquefaction. If this process is more than 1 hour, it is called prolonged semen liquefaction time.

2. High sperm deformity rate

Don't think that there are no abnormal sperm in the semen of normal people. Even the healthiest men will occasionally produce some inferior products. However, the percentage of these inferior products is generally less than 30%. If the percentage of abnormal sperm is higher than 50%, it is called high abnormality sperm, which can lead to infertility.

3. Low sperm motility and necrospermia

Within one hour after ejaculation, the number of sperm that are still active and still strong should be more than 70%. If the number of sperm that are dead and lying in a pool is more than 50%, it is abnormal and is called low sperm motility, also known as asthenozoospermia. If the sperm is completely inactive, it is called necrospermia. Low sperm motility and necrospermia are one of the important causes of male infertility. This symptom of male infertility is not easy to detect, and male friends should pay attention to it.

4. Too little semen

If the amount of semen is less than 1 ml for multiple ejaculations, it is called too little semen (of course, too frequent sexual intercourse will lead to less semen). Under normal circumstances, the amount of semen ejaculated by normal men is about 2-6 ml each time, and the amount of semen ejaculated is related to the frequency of ejaculation. However, some friends not only have less, but even no semen. This is called azoospermia. Compared with oligospermia, azoospermia is much more difficult.

5. Inflammation that causes infertility

The main inflammatory diseases that cause male infertility include epididymitis, seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, etc. Epididymitis often causes sudden swelling and enlargement of the epididymis, accompanied by systemic symptoms. Chronic epididymitis is mostly a sequela of acute epididymitis, or it is a chronic infection at the onset. Chronic prostatitis will cause symptoms similar to urinary tract infection, such as lower abdominal discomfort, frequent urination, and painful urination.
