Why do blisters appear on the glans penis after sex?

Sex is a kind of seasoning in life for men and women. If there is no sex life between husband and wife, the relationship is basically zero, and the final result is divorce. There are many such examples in real life, so it is good for marriage to keep the sex life fresh when necessary. Some men said that after having sex, they found small blisters on their penis heads. Why is this?

There may be the following reasons:

1. Causes of balanitis: In the early stage of the disease, blisters can be seen on the foreskin and glans, edema and congestion on the surface, redness around the urethral opening, wounds and erosions, and can develop into superficial ulcers with purulent secretions flowing out. The patient will feel itching or burning at the glans penis, followed by pain. After erosion, pus may flow and have a foul odor. In severe cases, there will also be fatigue, low fever, enlarged and tender inguinal lymph nodes.

2. Caused by genital herpes: Simple herpes that occurs in the genital area is a viral infectious skin disease with an incubation period of 2-7 days. It is more common in men on the foreskin, glans penis or coronal sulcus, and occasionally in the urethra. After infection, the genital area often has burning, itching or abnormal sensation before the blisters appear, followed by the local appearance of light red spots or papules. On this basis, clusters of tense blisters and erythema ranging in size from sesame to mung beans quickly appear. The blisters are clear at first, and gradually become turbid or even purulent. The blisters have thin walls, erosion after breaking, and small pus blisters are formed with a burning sensation. Some form ulcers, which are painful and more obvious after being touched.

3. Caused by pearly penile papulosis: Blisters on the foreskin are sometimes seen in clinical pearly penile papulosis. The skin lesions are small white, skin-colored or light red papules and blisters on the glans penis. The diameter of each is 1 to 3 mm, translucent, shaped like small pearls, and the surface is smooth. It can be in the shape of several needle-sized beads. It can also be in the shape of silk or sharp hairs. The rash does not fuse with each other, and is arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove at the posterior edge of the glans penis, and can partially or completely surround the glans penis. It is more common in young men aged 20 to 50. There are no conscious symptoms.
