Men's standard height and weight comparison table

Men's standard height and weight comparison table

Some people may look fat on the surface, but they are still far from the standard of obesity. Some people are tall, and even if their weight exceeds the standard, it does not look obvious on the surface.

So is your weight over the standard?

If you are still not sure, quickly calculate whether you have reached the standard weight!

(Height cm-80) periodontal 70﹪ = standard weight (kg), for example, height (170-80) periodontal 70﹪ = 63KG.

(Specific resting weight - standard weight) / (standard weight) periodontal 100% = overload

If your weight is within 10% of the positive and negative extremes of the "weight standard", it is considered normal weight. For example, 10% of 63KG = 6.3KG, so 56.7KG-69.3KG is within the normal weight range.

If your weight is significantly lower than normal, you also need to gain weight, supplement with more high-protein foods, and eat more lean pork to ensure adequate nutrient intake.

If your body weight is higher than normal, you need to lose weight. Obesity can cause various symptoms. You need to quit drinking alcohol, drinks, fried foods and other high-calorie foods, and do more exercise.

If you really don't want to measure, you can directly look at the following men's weight standard corresponding table to see whether you are obese:

In addition to using height to calculate whether weight is obesity, there is another way, which is to measure waist circumference to consider whether there is overload.

In today's society, many men will sign up for many drinking tables and drinking parties due to work needs, so the heat output is very easy to exceed the standard, causing the hip circumference to increase.

Some people have a high basal metabolic rate, so their weight may not change much, but their body circumference has exceeded the standard. In this case, only the size of the hip circumference can be used to determine whether they are obese.

There is no need to measure height. If a man's waist circumference exceeds 110CM when measured with a tape measure, he is considered obese.
