How to treat testicular enlargement

How to treat testicular enlargement

The male reproductive organs are very important. For the male body, almost all of its energy is concentrated on the reproductive organs, making great efforts for reproduction. For example, the testicles are the most important reproductive part of men. They can continuously produce sperm to help men reproduce the next generation. However, the health of the testicles is easily damaged. Cysts are a common testicular problem. Let's take a look at how to treat testicular cysts.

Testicular cysts often occur in the testicular head or epididymis. The cysts contain a large number of sperms, which are medically called spermatoceles. Testicular cysts, also known as spermatoceles, are often large in size and cause mild or no obvious pain.

Sometimes testicular cysts become so large that they cause testicular pain, forcing the patient to seek medical attention.

Hidden Diseases:

1. Acute and persistent testicular prolapse and pain: It is more common in orchitis and injury. In addition to blood infection, orchitis is more common when bacteria retrograde through the urethra to the epididymis and testicles, causing epididymitis and orchitis.

2. Chronic and recurrent testicular prolapse and pain: It is more common in prostatitis and varicocele. In chronic cases, the symptoms are milder, so it is not easy to determine the exact location of the inflammation. Testicular swelling and pain are not necessarily proportional to the severity of the inflammation. Some people are very sensitive and mild inflammation can cause severe discomfort; while some people are more delayed and feel that it is mild.

3. Testicular prolapse and pain after sex: This may be due to sexual excitement causing the genitals and gonads to become highly congested. Violent exercise or sex can sometimes cause the levator testis to contract strongly, causing the testicles with an overly long frenulum to twist and cause severe testicular pain. Some pain is caused by varicocele or pain radiating from other parts of the body, such as radiating testicular pain caused by ureteral stones. At this time, the real cause must be carefully identified in order to effectively treat the symptoms.

treatment

Generally, testicular cysts do not require treatment, but surgical removal can be used if necessary.

1. Smaller cysts do not require treatment and can be observed at regular follow-up visits.

2. After puncture and aspiration, inject anhydrous ethanol or other hardening agents.

3. Surgical removal of the cyst is suitable for those with large cysts and obvious symptoms. Testicular cysts can form in the scrotum. They can grow very large without causing any discomfort, but you should still ask a doctor to check if you have it. Cysts can occur at any age, and this disease is most common in men over 40 years old.
