Symptoms of male urethral condyloma

Symptoms of male urethral condyloma

Condyloma acuminatum is a common disease in many men. It often manifests in the foreskin and glans area of the urethra, with bleeding or local redness, swelling and pain in the urethra, or even symptoms of erosion, ulceration and necrosis. Otherwise, it will cause blood in the male ejaculation.

1. Some experts point out that if the disease occurs in the urethral opening, foreskin or glans of male patients, there will be bleeding after sexual intercourse or injury, and it may also cause pain. If it occurs in the urethra, urethral discomfort will occur, mostly manifested as discomfort in urination.

2. In the development process of male urethral condyloma, corresponding symptoms may occur according to the number of condyloma lesions and the different locations of occurrence. Generally speaking, the most common is that the location of condyloma lesions is moist, the local secretions will increase, and the chance of bacterial infection will also increase. If bacterial infection occurs, local redness, swelling, pain may occur, and erosion, ulceration, necrosis, exudate or obvious purulent fluid may also occur.

3. Condyloma acuminatum at the urethral orifice may cause bleeding or pain after sexual intercourse or when the damage is rubbed. If the damage of condyloma acuminatum at the urethral orifice of a man occurs in the urethra, the patient may experience urethral discomfort, overflow urine, visible hematuria, secretions discharged from the urethra, a feeling of urethral obstruction, and difficulty urinating or urinating. These symptoms are more obvious in men than in women.

4. In addition, men may have blood in their ejaculation. If male urethral condyloma acuminatum occurs in the urethra, frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, and changes in urine flow curve may also occur. If the lesions in the urethra seriously involve the bladder, bilateral ureteral obstruction may occur, causing hydronephrosis, renal infection, and renal insufficiency. If the damage affects the pelvic cavity, it may cause intestinal obstruction and lower limb edema. When the damage occurs in the anus and rectum, there will be a feeling of anal distension, blood in the stool, difficulty in defecation, or pain during defecation.

5. Condyloma acuminatum at the urethral orifice is a particularly difficult disease to treat clinically. Patients must pay attention to prevention during treatment, refrain from sexual intercourse, and avoid eating spicy food. Only in this way can condyloma acuminatum be cured as soon as possible.
