Causes of right-sided hemiplegia in men

If it is considered to be caused by cervical spondylosis, the patient may also experience pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulder muscles. If the specific manifestation is pain in the facial position, it may be primary trigeminal neuralgia or temporal neuralgia, brain tumor or cerebrovascular disease.
