Your husband is azoospermic?

Your husband is azoospermic?

Modern men are under great pressure in life and work. Many men usually develop some bad living habits and eating habits. These bad habits can easily lead to problems with men's physical health. If there are problems with men's physical health, it will affect male fertility. Some men suffer from azoospermia, which will affect male fertility. In fact, azoospermia is not untreatable. Through regular treatment, pregnancy is still possible.

Can azoospermia be cured?

Patients with azoospermia must not be discouraged by infertility, but must have confidence in being cured. In fact, if patients with azoospermia receive timely treatment, find out the cause, and receive symptomatic treatment, azoospermia can be completely cured.

What are the methods for detecting azoospermia?

1. First consider the analysis of semen exfoliated cytology. Semen cytology analysis is done at the Beijing Semen Exfoliated Cytology Research Base. This examination method is suitable for men who have undergone testicular biopsy. The testicular spermatogenesis of male friends is normal, but there are no sperm in the patient's semen. It can clearly diagnose whether the patient's vas deferens is unobstructed and where it is blocked.

2. Quantitative radioimmunoassay of endocrine hormones. In Beijing Tianlun Fertility Hospital, this examination method can diagnose whether azoospermia is caused by pituitary, hypothalamus, or even testicular, endocrine dysfunction, etc., and it also plays a vital role in the treatment of azoospermia.

3. Testicular biopsy. If azoospermia is confirmed, further examination is generally required to determine the exact cause of azoospermia. The most common examination is testicular biopsy, which can determine the function of the testicles in producing sperm.

Treatment of Azoospermia

1. Estrogen injection

When a patient with azoospermia tests sex hormones and finds that the levels of gonadotropin (FSH, LH) and testosterone (T) are relatively low, that is, the so-called three low hormones, or accompanied by reduced sense of smell, it is considered that the azoospermia is caused by the disorder of hypothalamic hormone secretion. The treatment method for this type of azoospermia is drug therapy, which can be treated with intramuscular injection of gonadotropin (HMG) or pituitary hormone pump for half a year. About 50% of such patients can achieve "creating something out of nothing". After treatment, sperm appears, the amount of semen gradually increases, and beards, Adam's apples, and armpit hair gradually appear. After the appearance of sperm, sperm freezing begins immediately, or preparations for childbearing begin.

2. Spermatogenic Cell Bioactivation Therapy

Spermatogenic cell bioactivation therapy organically integrates Western advanced technology, reproductive medicine principles and traditional Chinese medicine meridians. It uses acupoint targeted introduction, photodynamic pulse induced activation, and comprehensive action of biologically purified factors to treat azoospermia. While comprehensively repairing the damaged spermatogenic system of men, it activates spermatogenic cells and cultivates new spermatocyte stem cells for regeneration, ultimately achieving the effect of spermatogenesis.

3. Testicular puncture

As long as the testicles still have the function of producing sperm, about 50% of patients can obtain sperm through testicular puncture. At the same time, the wife undergoes egg retrieval surgery, and the sperm obtained by puncture is fertilized by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). However, if the puncture fails to obtain sperm, sperm assisted pregnancy treatment is required from a sperm bank. If the male is a 46XX chromosome or a male with a complete deletion of the Y chromosome AZF, it is impossible to produce sperm, so there is no need for testicular puncture examination and sperm donation treatment can be directly received.
