Wash your feet with warm water and rub the soles of your feet before going to bed. When sleeping, develop the habit of lying on your side, don't cover yourself with a quilt that is too thick or too warm, and don't wear too tight underwear. In terms of diet, pay attention to eating less spicy and irritating foods, cigarettes, alcohol, and coffee.
