The fourth is sexual intercourse. This is also the longest-lasting penis exercise for men.

It is best to do penis exercise in the first three ways once a day, lasting from a few minutes to more than ten minutes each time. If the time is too long and the stimulation is too strong, the muscles and nerves supporting the erection will be quite tired, which will only be counterproductive and even cause penis damage.
