Lifting heavy objects for exercise. It is also good to use heavy objects for exercise regularly to strengthen your body and improve your mobility. First of all, you need to get your posture right and stand firmly. Lifting heavy objects up and down can effectively exercise your waist. One thing to note is not to use objects that are too heavy for exercise to avoid injury.
