Some boys don't pay special attention to their physical health, especially the health of their private parts, so sometimes they will get some infectious diseases, and sometimes a little pain will bring bad consequences. Generally, there are many types of pain, so you must see a doctor and check what is going on. Otherwise, once other complications occur, it will be difficult to treat. Commonly seen in the following situations: traumatic scrotal pain, infectious scrotal pain (generally caused by infection of the scrotum, testicles, epididymis, spermatic cord, etc.), tumorous scrotal pain, and scrotal pain after vasectomy.Diagnosis of scrotal pain (I) Traumatic scrotal pain: There is a history of scrotal trauma, which presents as persistent pain or swelling, and gradually worsens. Examination shows that the scrotal skin is congested and swollen, the scrotum is enlarged and cyanotic, and there may be tenderness. (ii) Infectious scrotal pain often occurs suddenly, with persistent swelling or throbbing pain. If the scrotum itself is infected, the scrotal wall may become red and swollen, and in severe cases, there may be erosion or skin peeling. If the contents are infected, the corresponding parts may become swollen and tender to touch. (III) Tumor-related scrotal pain Tumors generally develop slowly and only cause local swelling and pain when they grow to a considerable size. Examination may reveal masses in the corresponding organs. Testicular hydrocele, varicocele, inguinal hernia, etc. can also cause scrotal pain. (IV) Scrotal pain after vasectomyIn the early stage, it may be caused by local hematoma or infection, and later it may be caused by painful nodules or epididymal congestion. It may occur gradually after vasectomy, mostly bloating or pulling pain, sometimes radiating along the vas deferens to the groin or lower abdomen, and worsening after sexual intercourse. (V) Scrotal necrosis is characterized by: ① Clinical manifestations: history of scrotal injury, infection and systemic disease. Severe scrotal pain, accompanied by chills, high fever, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and even mental symptoms such as delirium. Examination shows that the scrotal skin is red, hot, hard, and swollen, with a creaking sound or a twisting sensation, necrosis of the scrotal skin or tunica vaginalis, bleeding from the wound, and in severe cases, the contents of the scrotum are exposed. ② Auxiliary examination: Routine blood tests show an increase in the total white blood cell count and neutrophil count, and the wound bacteria can culture hemolytic streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa (also known as green bacillus), Staphylococcus aureus, and aerobic streptococci. Pathological examination showed acute cellulitis. One of the causes of scrotal pain is orchitis. Do you know how harmful this disease is to men? Let's take a look at it together:1. The harm of testicular pain 1. Testicular pain can affect male sexual function, such as impotence and premature ejaculation. In severe cases, men will completely lose their sexual function, causing certain difficulties in their sexual life. 2. Testicular pain caused by orchitis will change the living environment of sperm, causing dead sperm and leading to male infertility. When a couple has sex, the bacteria will be transmitted to the wife, causing the wife to have gynecological diseases. 3. If testicular pain is not treated for a long time, it can easily cause male sperm and kidney damage, as well as back pain, limb coldness, and even symptoms of premature aging. 2. Harm of orchitis 1. Damage to sperm and kidney, and premature aging: If epididymitis is not cured for a long time, it is easy to cause damage to sperm and kidney, loss of vitality, chills in the limbs, back pain, and premature aging. 2. Loss of fertility: Epididymitis can also lead to dead sperm, azoospermia, loss of fertility, and transmit inflammatory bacteria to the spouse, causing gynecological diseases and bringing great harm to the wife. 3. Induce dangerous diseases: Epididymitis can easily induce various serious diseases: such as varicocele, phlebitis, prostatitis, endocrine diseases, nephritis and other kidney diseases, urinary tract infections, and in severe cases can lead to malignant tumors, seriously threatening men's lives. |
