There is a pus bag at the base of the penis

The blister on the penis is usually caused by folliculitis on the penis. Folliculitis is related to poor hygiene, sweating, scratching or decreased immunity. The pathogen is mainly staphylococcus. At the beginning, swelling and pain appear, and gradually evolve into papular pustules, with hair in the middle and swelling around.

With the passage of time, it may form dry scars, which can be cured in about a week, but it may recur. In clinical medicine, you can use Bactroban ointment or erythromycin ointment, once in the morning, noon and evening. If it is large and causes ulcers, you can do local incision and drainage, and go to the hospital regularly for dressing changes.

There is a pustule on the glans penis. We need to look at the location of the pustule. Some grow on the skin of the male genitals, some grow on the side beam of the foreskin, and some grow on the glans penis. Some look like pustules, but in fact they are granulomas, not pustules. This must be distinguished. If it grows on the glans penis or the skin, this condition may be partial folliculitis or common warts, which are generally not a big problem. If it grows on the inner plate of the foreskin or the glans penis, it is necessary to consider whether it is cauliflower-like granulation hyperplasia and remove condyloma acuminatum. If there is a ruptured soft chancre or hard chancre on the glans penis, the possibility of syphilis should be fully considered, so the patient's sexual history must be asked.

The most important thing is to see a doctor in public. The doctor can basically tell the general situation with just one look. Then, according to the actual situation, necessary laboratory tests can be performed. For example, to determine whether it is condyloma acuminatum, acetic acid whitening test is performed. Apply glacial acetic acid to the lumps and skin lesions. If the skin turns white, it may be condyloma acuminatum. Pathology can be 100% clear. If there is a rupture on the glans penis, check for syphilis to see if there is a problem with Treponema pallidum.

If you find a genital tract infection, such as syphilis or condyloma acuminatum, you should do a full set of tests to see if there are any chlamydia, mycoplasma, or even AIDS problems. Don't just assume it's abscesses and use some antiviral drugs or topical medicines to solve it. You must pay close attention to the skin lesions in the male genital area and make sure to confirm the diagnosis and carry out scientific treatment.
