3. Testicular heaviness: Since testicular tumors are formed by the massive growth of tumor cells, they are solid masses. When they grow to a certain extent, the weight of the testicles increases dramatically, and the patient will have a heavy feeling of falling, which may even affect walking. If you hold up the testicles with your hands, it will feel like holding up a stone, with a certain sense of weight.

4. Acute testicular pain: One day, the affected testicle suddenly experiences severe pain, as if the testicle has twisted and mutated. It turns out that it is caused by sudden bleeding, embolism and ischemic necrosis of the testicular tumor tissue.

5. Acute abdominal pain: A testicular tumor located higher up can cause reflex pain in the lower abdomen by pulling on the nerves due to the downward hanging. Especially for a hidden testis located in the abdominal cavity, if a malignant change occurs and is accompanied by testicular torsion, the acute abdominal pain is very severe.

6. Gynecomastia: Unexplained breast enlargement may also be due to testicular tumors. For example, tumors such as embryonal carcinoma, chorionic epithelial carcinoma, and teratoma produce a large amount of gonadotropin. The increase of this hormone in the body can stimulate breast enlargement.
