Staphylococcal prostatitis, beware of these symptoms!

Prostatitis is mostly caused by bacteria, but we don't know which bacteria cause prostatitis. Most patients with acute prostatitis are caused by Staphylococcus aureus. Patients often have symptoms of chills and fever, fatigue, and systemic symptoms. Some patients also experience bladder and urination pain when defecating.

Local symptoms include a feeling of heaviness in the perineum or suprapubic area, which worsens when sitting for a long time or defecating, and radiates to the waist, lower abdomen, back and thighs. If a small abscess is formed, the pain worsens and defecation becomes impossible. Urethral symptoms include a burning sensation during urination, urgency and frequency of urination, which may be accompanied by hematuria at the end of urination or purulent discharge from the urethra.

Staphylococcal infection of the prostate may cause bladder irritation;

Such as frequent urination, burning and pain in the urethra during urination that radiates to the glans penis, mucus and other secretions in the urethra in the early morning, and difficulty urinating; bloating and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum and anus, which is aggravated by squatting to defecate and sitting on a chair for a long time.
