In the early stage of gonorrhea, the symptoms are redness, swelling, itching, and slight stinging of the urethra. Subsequently, purulent secretions appear in the urethra and gradually worsen. If effective treatment is not taken at this time, it can turn into chronic gonococcal urethritis. Some patients may develop prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis, etc.
