Impotence is one of the common diseases among men. (1) Eliminate psychological factors:

(3) Improve physical fitness:

One should actively engage in physical exercise to strengthen the physical fitness, and pay attention to rest to prevent overwork and adjust the functional imbalance of the central nervous system.
