What causes scrotitis? The cause of scrotitis

I believe that men are not unfamiliar with the disease of scrotitis, and even many men are currently troubled by this disease. In the eyes of experts, men suffering from scrotitis are related to many factors, not only physical factors, but also some environmental factors, etc. The following editor will introduce the causes and symptoms of scrotitis to you.

reason

People who do too much physical labor may have genital dampness, scrotal skin invaded by sweat stains, underwear friction, etc. White-collar workers who often sit at work should also pay attention to the ventilation of the scrotum, and not wear jeans that are too tight and nylon pants with poor breathability. Scrotal injury, urine extravasation, diabetes and other pathological causes can all cause it. [Among them, scrotal dampness is mainly caused by various pathogens] Most patients with scrotitis also have symptoms of scrotal dampness.

Symptoms

1. Scrotal dermatitis: The cause may be related to the lack of B vitamins in the diet. Its symptoms are skin flushing, exudation, peeling, and even blistering, which is painful and itchy.

2. Scrotal eczema: It is mainly caused by the stimulation of sweat and dirt. Its manifestations are redness and swelling of the skin, blisters, exudation, scabs, and even thickening and roughness, which is extremely itchy.

3. Scrotal ringworm: It is a skin disease caused by fungal infection, which is often associated with other skin ringworms in other parts of the patient. The skin of the scrotum is flushed, with papules or blisters, followed by dandruff. The affected area often has ring-shaped damage and is severely itchy.

4. Riboflavin deficiency scrotitis: It is more common in men who eat refined white rice, refined white noodles all year round or have long-term diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite or picky eating. The main manifestations are: the scrotum is slightly red and shiny at the beginning, and then light red patches appear on both sides of the scrotum, with scales sticking to them. Soon, multiple flat papules the size of soybeans may appear, with varying degrees of itching, often accompanied by angular cheilitis and glossitis.

5. Simple lichen scrotum: It is a neurodermatitis of the scrotum. Its characteristics are itching, thickening and coarsening of the skin, but no permeation of fluid. The course of the disease is often long and recurrent and difficult to heal.
