1. Diet adjustment

① Poria bone soup

Ingredients: 500g pork spine, 50g Ciba, 30g Job's tears, 30g dried Smilax glabra

Method: Rinse the pork bones and set aside. Wash the coix seeds, coix seeds and wild smilax and set aside. Put an appropriate amount of water in a clay pot and pour the pork bones in. Simmer over low heat until the lentils are soft (about 1.5 to 2 hours).

③ Amomum villosum, dried tangerine peel and carp soup

Ingredients: 6 grams of Amomum villosum, 1/4 tangerine peel, 300-400 grams of carp, 4 corianders, and 3 slices of ginger.

Method: Crush Amomum villosum. Soak dried tangerine peel and remove the pulp. Wash coriander. Kill the carp, remove the scales and intestines, and fry it in a pan with oil until both sides are slightly yellow. Put them together with ginger in a clay pot, add 2500 ml of water (about 10 bowls), boil over high heat, then simmer for 2 hours, add appropriate amount of coriander, salt and cooking oil.

2. Exercise to remove moisture

Most people with heavy dampness in their bodies are those who eat greasy food and lack exercise. These people often feel heavy and weak in their limbs and are unwilling to move. However, the less they like to exercise, the more dampness accumulates in their bodies. Over time, it will inevitably lead to dampness attacking the spleen and causing a series of symptoms.

Exercise can relieve stress, promote the functioning of body organs, and accelerate the excretion of moisture from the body. Exercises such as running, walking, swimming, yoga, and Tai Chi can help activate blood circulation and increase water metabolism.

3. Daily moisture protection

Don't sleep directly on the floor. The floor is humid and can easily enter the body, causing pain in the limbs.

If the humidity in the room is very heavy, it is recommended to open the windows more often for ventilation. If the humidity outside is also very heavy, you can also turn on the fan or air conditioner to maintain air convection with the help of these appliances.
