Causes

3. Treatment measures:

2. Surgical treatment: The principle of treatment for perianal abscess is to first choose early incision and drainage at an appropriate time, and to use antibiotics after incision or when systemic reactions worsen. Superficial abscess can be treated with a one-time radical anal fistula surgery. After incision and drainage of high-positioned complex abscess, radical anal fistula surgery should be performed at an appropriate time.
