How to treat prostate hyperplasia? Three commonly used clinical methods
Prostatitisxt-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">In clinical practice, prostate hyperplasia is a common type of disease in men. After suffering from the disease, men can choose the following three methods to start treatment.

(1) Cryotherapy

The purpose of cryoprostatectomy is to make the prostate tissue necrotic and rotten after deep cryotherapy. It can be performed through the urethra, with simple operation, and is suitable for patients who are old and cannot tolerate other surgeries. According to literature reports, the symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction in most patients can be relieved or improved, and residual urine can be reduced. However, cryotherapy is somewhat blind, and the depth and width of freezing are not easy to control. Transurethral prostatectomy after freezing can be performed to remove the residual hyperplastic tissue after freezing, which can significantly reduce bleeding.

(2) Microwave therapy

The treatment is achieved by using the principle of microwave thermal coagulation of biological tissues. The placement of the microwave radiator can be determined by rectal ultrasound or by direct urethral positioning. The latter can accurately avoid the external urethral sphincter and reduce the complications of urinary incontinence.

(3) Laser therapy

The laser thermal effect is used to coagulate, vaporize or remove prostate tissue, and the method is similar to transurethral operation. There are surface irradiation, insertion heat therapy, and the use of laser beam to remove the gland. The treatment is definitely effective in using laser to remove the gland and crush and suck out the tissue from the bladder. The long-term efficacy and price-performance ratio remain to be observed.
