1. Note:

It is best to eat it while it is hot. The other portion can be heated up before eating. In fact, each serving is only half of this amount (50 grams of red beans, 50 grams of mung beans, 15 grams of hawthorn, 3 grams of Longshan ginseng, and 5 dates), but for the sake of convenience, I fry it every night, divide it into two equal portions, eat one portion at night, and save the other portion for the next morning.

3. Secondly:
