How to cook oysters with vermicelli in garlic sauce

Ingredients: 7 oysters, a small handful of vermicelli, 20 garlic cloves, appropriate amounts of raw oil, ginger, light soy sauce, and fine salt.

Preparation: Shell the oysters, wash them and set aside. Soak the vermicelli in water until soft. Chop the garlic and ginger into fine pieces and mix them together to make ginger and garlic paste.

Method and steps:

1. Mix the prepared minced ginger and garlic with appropriate amount of fine salt, take half of it and evenly place it on each raw oyster, then drizzle some cooking oil.

2. Put the remaining half of the minced ginger and garlic together with the vermicelli, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix well, then spread it evenly on the oysters, putting some on each oyster, and finally drizzle a little cooking oil on the vermicelli.

3. After boiling the water in the steamer, put the oysters in and steam for about 10 minutes before taking out and eating.

1. My son likes to eat vermicelli, so I use more. You can use less when making it.

2. Some friends like to put salt on oysters, but I think it doesn’t taste good. What I do is put more salt in the ginger and garlic paste, so that the oysters will also be flavored after steaming.
