1. Cut the pork liver into slices and add salt and water starch to coat.

Ingredients: 100g pork liver, 100g onion (white skin)

Seasoning: 15g cooking wine, 5g soy sauce, 5g starch (corn), 3g salt

1. Wash and slice the pig liver;

2. Wash and cut onions into pieces;

3. Heat a wok, add boiling water and pork liver, cook for a while, then drain and filter the water;

4. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and stir-fry until soft;

5. Add pork liver, cooking wine, soy sauce and broth and stir-fry thoroughly. Thicken with wet starch and add salt before serving.

Tomato Pork Liver Soup

Ingredients: tomatoes, pork liver, ginger, coriander

Marinade: 1/2 spoon ginger juice, 1/2 spoon wine, 1/2 spoon oil, 1/2 spoon cornstarch, 1 spoon soy sauce

Here’s how to do it:

1. Wash and slice the tomatoes.

2. Wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, add the marinade and marinate for ten minutes.

3. After heating the pot, add half a spoon of oil to sauté tomatoes and ginger slices, add appropriate amount of water and boil for 15 minutes, put in pork liver and cook, add seasoning, mix well, and add coriander.
