How to cook roasted oysters

Ingredients:

5 wild Icelandic oysters, 15g chopped pepper, half a head of garlic, 8g ginger, 15g green onion, 15ml light soy sauce, 15ml abalone sauce, 15ml cooking oil, 5ml white vinegar.

process:

1. 5 wild Icelandic oysters.

2. Clean the outer shell with a brush.

3. Use a tool to pry open the outer shell.

4. Take out the oyster meat, clean it and cut it into several pieces.

5. Put the soaked vermicelli into the shell and add the oyster meat.

6. Mix minced garlic, chopped pepper, minced ginger, chopped green onion, light soy sauce, abalone sauce, cooking oil and white vinegar, then pour it on the oysters and put it in a baking tray. After the oven is preheated, put the baking tray in the bottom layer of the oven, cover the baking tray with tin foil, bake at 250 for 25 minutes, move the baking tray to the middle layer, remove the tin foil, and bake for about 5 more minutes.

Precautions for eating raw oysters:

(1) Do not consume with beer or red wine

Eating raw oysters and drinking a lot of beer will produce too much uric acid, which can cause gout. Too much uric acid will accumulate in the joints or soft tissues, causing inflammation of the joints and soft tissues.

(2) Do not eat with cold foods

Oysters are cold in nature, so it is best not to eat them with cold foods, such as water spinach, cucumber and other vegetables. You should not drink cold drinks such as soda, ice water, and ice cream immediately after a meal. You should also eat less or no cold fruits such as watermelon and pear to avoid physical discomfort.
