Although it is said that like cures like, facts have proven that simply eating bullwhips does not have aphrodisiac effects. 1. Red dates and beef whip

Ingredients: 300g bull whip, 100g white radish, 10g red dates, 10g ginger, 10g green onion, 10g peanut oil, 5g salt, 2g MSG, 2g oyster sauce, 2g dark soy sauce, 2g Shaoxing wine, a little pepper, some wet starch

1. Remove the white inside of the bull whip and cut into pieces. Peel the white radish and cut into pieces. Wash the red dates. Peel and slice the ginger. Cut the green onion into sections.

2. Add water to the pot. When the water boils, add the bullwhip, white radish cubes and Shao wine. Cook over medium heat until cooked through. Pour out and rinse.

3. Heat oil in another pan, add ginger slices, bull whip pieces, and radish pieces, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in clear soup, add red dates, simmer over low heat until crispy, add scallions, salt, MSG, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and pepper powder and simmer until the flavors are absorbed, then thicken with wet cornstarch.

2. Halogen Buffalo Whip

Ingredients: bull whip, beef bones, cooking oil, ginger, red pepper, coriander, garlic, brine.

Preparation method:

(1) First, boil the water. Pour the prepared ingredients into the brine bag. Then put the brine and beef bones into the pot.

(2) Cook over high heat for 15 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 to 3 hours to allow the brine to release its flavor.

(3) Wash the bull whip with clean water and put it into the boiled brine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.

(4) After one hour, pierce the bull whip with a toothpick to indicate that it is cooked. Remove the bull whip, slice it and eat.

(5) You can also soak the bull whip in cold water to cool it down so that it won’t be too greasy when eaten.
