What is seminoma? Analyzing the five major causes

When a man's testicular primordial germ cells are abnormal, it is likely to cause seminoma, a common tumor of the male testicle. This disease basically does not occur in young people, but is more common in middle-aged and elderly men. So, what are the causes of seminoma?

Incomplete descent of spermatogonia:

This is the main cause of this disease. The local temperature of the testicles rises, blood circulation is impaired, and endocrine dysfunction causes testicular atrophy and spermatogenesis disorders, which are prone to malignant changes. In addition, congenital testicular dysfunction and incomplete descent are also prone to malignant changes.

Genetics:

In recent years, statistics have shown that among patients with seminoma, about 16% of their close relatives have a family history of tumor.

Trauma:

It is believed that trauma is not the direct cause of tumor occurrence, but after testicular trauma, small hematomas are formed locally or blood circulation disorders occur, tissue degeneration and atrophy occur, etc., on this basis, tumors occur.

Infect:

Various viral diseases, such as measles, smallpox, viral mumps and bacterial inflammation, can be complicated by orchitis, causing testicular cell deformation and the development of seminoma.

hormone:

Clinical and animal experiments suggest that endocrine is related to the cause of testicular tumors. For example, testicular tumors often occur in young men with vigorous gonads or during the period of active endocrine action; in animal experiments, long-term administration of estrogen to mice can induce spermatogonia. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that: emotional discomfort or anger hurts the liver, liver depression and qi stagnation, which in turn attacks the spleen, spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation, which stagnates in the liver meridian and forms hard lumps over time. "Deficiency of the positive and excess of the negative" is its pathological mechanism.
