What are the symptoms of a lump on the male genitals?

For men, if they find lumps on their genitals, they should pay more attention. The following symptoms are the most common manifestations.

1. Itching of the glans penis and small red spots on the glans penis

In addition to these symptoms, genital herpes also has a burning sensation at the site of onset, red papules, and a hot and itchy feeling. In the later stage, it will turn into small blisters, which will become purulent. After the blisters break, they can form erosions and finally scab over and heal. 2. Erythema and blisters appear

It usually takes 3-5 days from infection to onset of the disease. The affected area first feels a burning sensation, then erythema appears, followed by multiple groups of red papules on the basis of the erythema, and it feels hot and itchy. Soon they will turn into small blisters. After a few days, the blisters will turn into purulent ones, which will form erosions after breaking, and finally scab over and heal. The whole course of the disease is 15-20 days.

3. Prone to relapse

About 60% of the original patients will relapse within a year, with at least several relapses in the first year and gradually decreasing in the second year. After relapse, the symptoms are generally milder, there is no lymph node enlargement, and the course of the disease is short. The triggers of relapse are mostly colds, fever, getting angry, frequent sexual intercourse, excessive fatigue, indigestion and dry climate. When relapse occurs, the affected area may feel hot and itchy.
