Urine and semen are not excreted at the same time

It's the sphincter that's causing the trouble

When a man is sexually excited, the bladder sphincter and the urethral sphincter are both in a state of contraction. In this way, a closed space is formed between the two. During sexual impulse, the smooth muscles of the epididymis and vas deferens contract rhythmically to drive the sperm out, and in this closed space, they mix with the secretions of the prostate. When the accumulated semen increases to a certain amount, or the stimulation of the penis reaches a sufficient intensity, when the sexual climax and ejaculation occur, the sphincter of the urethral membranous part relaxes, and the semen is ejected through the urethral opening. During ejaculation, the bladder sphincter located inside will definitely not relax but contract, so urine will not be discharged, and of course it will also block the semen from entering the bladder. At this time, the cerebral cortex will also play a certain control role on the bladder sphincter. Therefore, a healthy man will never urinate at the same time as ejaculation.
