Touching this part every day can actually protect kidney qi

The kidney is part of the human urinary system and mainly plays the role of excreting waste. At the same time, it is also an important organ for maintaining the balance of water, electrolytes, and acids and bases. Poor kidney health will affect our physical health. Traditional Chinese medicine massage can nourish yin and replenish the kidney. So, which acupoints can be massaged to nourish yin and replenish the kidney?

Pinching Shangyang acupoint frequently can invigorate the qi and blood of the large intestine meridian, regulate the function of the digestive tract, speed up the body's metabolism, and strengthen the body. Experts point out that female friends who have constipation problems may wish to massage Shangyang acupoint to relieve constipation symptoms.
