Men who suffer from this "woman cancer" will die

Can men also get breast cancer? Isn't breast cancer a "patent" of women? In fact, men can also get breast cancer, and the disease progresses more rapidly and violently, with a higher mortality rate.

Men can also get breast cancer, which is more likely to be fatal. In theory, breast cancer is caused by the appearance of malignant tumor tissue in breast cells. Men also have breast tissue, so they can also get breast cancer. It's just that due to the difference in physiological structure, women are much more likely to get breast cancer than men.

It is precisely because of this misconception that "men will not get breast cancer" that people often lose their vigilance and do not discover that they have breast cancer until the late stage of male breast cancer, thus missing the best time for treatment.

Although there are many similarities between male and female breast cancer, there are important differences between the sexes. The biggest difference between the two is breast size. Because men have much smaller breast tissue, small foreign bodies in their breasts are easier to detect. But because men have smaller breast tissue, it also takes less time for tumors to spread to the skin and muscle tissue of the breast. And how quickly cancer cells spread is the most important factor affecting treatment after diagnosis.

What factors lead to male breast cancer? About 20% of male patients with breast cancer have relatives suffering from similar diseases. Therefore, genetic factors are an important cause of male breast cancer.

But more inducing factors still come from acquired factors. Regardless of whether it is caused by innate factors or acquired factors, men with male hormone deficiency and excessive female hormone secretion are more likely to develop breast cancer.

Liver problems may also lead to male breast cancer. The liver plays an important role in sex hormone metabolism because it produces binding proteins that carry hormones in the blood. These binding proteins can affect the activity of hormones. Men with serious liver problems, such as men with cirrhosis, have low levels of male hormones and high levels of female hormones in their bodies. Therefore, they are relatively more likely to develop gynecomastia or breast cancer. In addition, long-term abnormal liver function can easily lead to breast cancer.

Lack of activity and obesity are also a reason. Studies have found that physical activity can reduce the chance of women getting breast cancer, while middle-aged obesity can increase the chance of getting breast cancer. The reason is that fat cells convert male hormones into female hormones. This means that obese men have higher levels of female hormones in their bodies. Some obese men find that their beards do not grow as fast as normal men, and their fertility is usually limited.

Regular exercise and keeping fit can reduce the risk of many diseases and cancers. Like other cancer-inducing factors, strong radiation is also an important one. When a man's chest is exposed to a large amount of radiation, it may induce breast cancer. Early detection of breast cancer through self-observation When a man's breast shows the following conditions, he should be diagnosed as soon as possible:

1: Lumpiness and swelling;

2: Skin depression and wrinkling;

3: Inverted nipple;

4. Redness of the nipple or breast skin, and abnormal nipple size;

5: Nipple discharge.
