Usage: Grind into fine powder, add castor oil to 100 ml and mix well, set aside. When using, wash the affected area first, apply the above medicine repeatedly. Twice a day. If there is exudate or erosion on the skin lesion, you can directly press the above dry medicine powder on the affected area. After a few days of use, if the affected area becomes dry and flaky, you can use Indigo Ointment (7 grams of Indigo, 30 grams of Vaseline) instead.

Recipe 3: Ershen Powder

Composition: 20g of Artemisia annua, 30g each of Sophora flavescens and Radix Glehniae, and 25g of White mulberry peel.

Usage: Crush into coarse powder, take 60g of each bag, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes, and wash the affected area for 20 minutes each time.

Recipe 4: Longdan Xiegan Decoction with modifications

Ingredients: 10g each of Gentiana scabra and Rhizoma Cibotii, 12g each of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Poriae, and Fructus Kochiae, 30g of Plantago, and 6g of Radix Bupleuri.
