After 4-6 hours, wash with 30% boric acid water or soapy water. If necessary, repeat the medicine after 3 days. This medicine is the first choice for the treatment of this disease abroad, and it can usually be cured after one use. However, it has many disadvantages, such as being highly destructive to tissues and causing local ulcers if used improperly. It is highly toxic, with the main symptoms being nausea, intestinal obstruction, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, tachycardia, and auria or oliguria. Therefore, it must be used with caution. (2) Antiviral drugs: 5% phthalamide cream or 0.25% herpes clean ointment can be used, applied externally twice a day. Acyclovir can be taken orally, 5 times a day, 200 mg each time, or its ointment can be used externally. α-interferon can be injected 3 million units daily, five days a week. Or 3 million units of interferon can be injected into the base of the wart, twice a week. Use it for 2-3 weeks. The main side effect is influenza-like syndrome. The side effects of local medication are fewer and milder.

(3) Corrosive agents or disinfectants: Commonly used are 30%-50% trichloroacetic acid or saturated dichloroacetic acid, or 18% peracetic acid. Use 10% salicylic acid glacial acetic acid or 40% formaldehyde, 2% liquefied phenol, 75% ethanol distilled water 100ml mixed solution, apply it locally, for the glans penis and perianal wet warts, once a day or every other day, the effect is very good. Disinfectants can be applied externally with 20% iodine tincture, or 2.5-5% iodine tincture can be injected into the base of the wart, 0.1-1.5ml each time, or use new gentamicin for external application or 0.1-0.2% external application, the latter needs to be combined with systemic treatment.

(4) Anticancer drugs

① 5-Fluorouracil (5-F u): Generally, 5% ointment or cream is applied externally, twice a day, for a course of 3 weeks. 2.5%~5% fluorouracil wet compress is used to treat penile and perianal condyloma acuminatum, applied for 20 minutes each time, once a day, for a course of 6 times. It can also be made into suppositories with polyethylene glycol as the base, and 5% 5-F u powder is added to it to treat male and female urethral condyloma acuminatum. It can also be injected with 5-F u base, and more can be injected in batches.

② Thiotepa: Mainly used for urethral condylar warts that have failed to be treated with 5-F u. Use suppositories (each containing 15 mg) daily for 8 consecutive days. You can also add 60 mg of this product to 10-15 ml of disinfected water and drip it into the urethra every week for half an hour. The side effect is urethritis. You can also use 10 mg of this product to soak the affected area 3 times a day, half an hour each time, to treat penile and glans coronal sulcus warts. It is mainly used for those who still have residual warts or recurrence after treatment with other methods. You can also dilute this solution twice and soak the local area to prevent recurrence.

③ Colchicine: 2-8% physiological saline solution can be applied externally, twice, with an interval of 72 hours to treat penile warts. Superficial erosion may appear after application.

④ Pleuromycin or bleomycin: Use 0.1% saline solution for intradermal injection, and the total amount is limited to 1 ml (1 mg) each time. Most cases can be cured in one injection. Bleomycin is a substitute for pleuromycin, and the usage is basically the same. There is also a method of dissolving 10 mg of bleomycin in 20 ml of 10% procaine for injection.
