What are the dangers of ejaculating too much?

Every adult man has experienced ejaculation. Although people tend to avoid talking about it in their daily lives, it is a normal physiological phenomenon for men. Without it, men cannot reproduce. Since it is an embarrassing topic, no one will discuss it in their daily lives. Therefore, many people think that it is harmless and do it frequently. So is there any harm in ejaculating too much?

Excessive ejaculation does not only mean that the amount of semen in one ejaculation exceeds the standard, but also includes the total amount of ejaculation in a period of time. A normal male ejaculates 2 to 6 ml each time during sexual intercourse, and the amount is related to the frequency of ejaculation. The more times you ejaculate, the less semen you ejaculate each time; the longer you abstain from sex, the more semen you ejaculate. If the amount of each ejaculation is less than 1 ml, it is called too little ejaculation, and if it is more than 6 ml each time, it is too much ejaculation.

Too much or too little ejaculation is abnormal and should be checked in the hospital. Sperm accounts for 5% of the semen volume, and seminal plasma accounts for 95%. Seminal plasma is mainly the fluid secreted by accessory glands (prostate, paraurethral glands, seminal vesicles, etc.). When the accessory glands are inflamed, hyperfunction or long abstinence, the amount of semen ejaculated will be too much, the sperm density will decrease, and during sexual intercourse, a large amount of semen may flow out of the vagina, leading to infertility. For a healthy mature male, the amount of semen discharged each time should be 3 to 5 ml. If the semen volume is less than 1.5 ml without ejaculation for several days, it is oligospermia.

If the amount of semen discharged exceeds 8 ml at a time, it is called excessive semen, which is also a pathological condition, mostly caused by seminal vesiculitis and hypersecretion of pituitary gonadotropin. When the organs adjacent to the seminal vesicle, such as the prostate, posterior urethra, colon, etc., are infected, or in some cases, when the prostate and seminal vesicle are congested, bacteria can easily take advantage of the opportunity to enter and induce seminal vesiculitis.

What are the disadvantages of men ejaculating too much?

1. Excessive ejaculation affects conception: When the organs near the seminal vesicle, such as the prostate, posterior urethra, colon, etc., are infected, or in some cases, when the prostate and seminal vesicle are congested, bacteria can easily take advantage of the situation and induce seminal vesiculitis. In addition, excessive ejaculation will cause semen containing a large number of sperm to flow out of the vagina, which will also reduce the chance of conception.

2. Central nervous system and systemic symptoms such as depression, memory loss, inattention, decreased comprehension, insomnia, frequent dreams, dizziness, palpitations, decreased intelligence, etc.

3. Urinary and reproductive system diseases Chronic prostatitis causes frequent urination, white urine at the end, discomfort in the lower abdomen and perineum, backache and weakness, loss of libido, impotence (ED), premature ejaculation, and anejaculation. It is recommended that you pay attention to hygiene and avoid frequent intercourse or masturbation, generally once a week is sufficient.

4. Excessive ejaculation. Semen contains an antibacterial substance comparable to penicillin - semen cytoplasm. Semen cytoplasm is a protein with unique functions. Once this substance enters the cell, it can prevent the synthesis of RNA and kill bacteria. It has been observed from laboratory culture that semen cytoplasm can kill many pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus. Undoubtedly, if semen is consumed too much, it will inevitably affect the content of cytoplasm in the body, thereby giving bacteria and viruses an opportunity to take advantage, leading to the occurrence of certain diseases, and also causing certain harm to the body.

Therefore, excessive ejaculation has many harmful effects on the body. It will make the body unable to bear it, reduce memory, and even affect conception. After understanding its harm, people who often do it should pay attention and must restrain themselves to avoid serious consequences. More importantly, if you want to be healthy, you should take good care of your body and not destroy it to satisfy your temporary needs. This will affect your future life for a lifetime and you will lose more than you gain.
