Researchers say that half an hour of exercise a day can prevent or relieve chronic prostatitis. This half an hour of exercise can also be broken down into three 10-minute sessions. The best way to do this is jogging. Swimming, tennis, dancing, badminton, and even brisk walking around the neighborhood are all good aerobic exercises.
