Normal human sexual excitement stimuli come from various senses and affect spinal reflex activities through the brain.

The so-called external ejaculation is when both parties reach orgasm, the penis ejaculates outside the vagina, which can be done through masturbation or pulling it out of the vagina; internal ejaculation is when the penis ejaculates inside the vagina. The difference between these two ejaculation methods is that they can reduce the chance of pregnancy.
