Normal range of blood pressure for adult men

Normal range of blood pressure for adult men

Nowadays, people are under increasing pressure in life, and many people have unhealthy lifestyles. Many young people now have high blood pressure or low blood pressure. Compared with low blood pressure, high blood pressure is more harmful. Therefore, we must develop the habit of regular physical examinations. If we find that our blood pressure level is abnormal, we should adjust it in time. So, how much is the normal range of blood pressure for adult men?

The normal blood pressure of adult men is that the systolic pressure does not exceed 14b250mHg and the systolic pressure does not exceed 9b250mHg.

A person's blood pressure fluctuates. Anxiety, exercise, staying up late, fatigue, etc. can all cause blood pressure to rise. If the blood pressure is higher than the standard value three times in a day, it is diagnosed as hypertension. The symptoms of hypertension vary from person to person, and common symptoms include dizziness, stiff neck muscles, fatigue, palpitations, etc.

Hypertension is a preventable and controllable disease. Appropriate exercise, weight control, balanced diet, low sodium, low calorie, low cholesterol, low sugar diet, more vegetables and fresh fruits, more fiber foods, moderate protein supplementation, and a good diet structure can help reduce blood pressure and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular, cerebral and kidney diseases. Quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, and have regular physical examinations.

Blood pressure is the pressure of the body's blood on the blood vessel wall. It is different for people of different ages. The blood pressure range of ordinary people is: systolic pressure 90-14b250mHg, systolic pressure 60-9b250mHg. When the systolic pressure is higher than 14b250mHg, or the diastolic pressure is higher than 9b250mHg, it can be called hypertension. If the systolic pressure is less than 9b250mHg or the diastolic pressure is less than 6b250mHg, it can be called hypotension.

The blood pressure of adults is normal between 90/60 and 140/90. If the blood pressure is high and has been diagnosed as hypertension, you need to take medication for a long time under the specific guidance of a doctor. If the blood pressure is slightly low, you should also resume treatment under the specific guidance of a doctor.

1. Don’t eat too much

People with abnormal blood pressure must control their food intake in daily life. Generally, it is enough to eat until they are 70% full. Eating too much can easily cause the body to take in too much heat, which will increase the viscosity of the blood and increase blood pressure. If there is more food in the gastrointestinal tract, blood will also flow into the gastrointestinal tract, promoting digestion and insufficient blood supply to the brain. Therefore, some people will have symptoms of dizziness, nausea and vomiting.

2. Avoid heavy drinking

Long-term alcoholism is actually a key cause of high blood pressure. The ethanol in the wine can easily constrict blood vessels, accelerate the heart rate and increase blood pressure. Excessive smoking, the tar in the cigarette can also cause vasospasm.

3. Do not drink strong tea

Drinking strong tea frequently can also cause abnormal blood pressure, because strong tea contains more aminophylline, which can easily excite the brain, and then affect the central nervous system and cardiovascular system. Especially for patients with hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, everyone should try not to drink strong green tea in normal times.

4. Don’t get too excited

In fact, an unstable mentality is also one of the reasons for abnormal blood pressure. Therefore, we should avoid the mentality of happy events in normal times. Otherwise, it will have a certain stimulation to the patient and it is also very easy to cause the human neuroendocrine system disorder, which may then cause the onset of the disease. Everyone must adjust their own mentality and maintain a happy mood.
