Many male friends often find some small fleshy particles on their glans. The appearance of fleshy particles on the glans may be caused by many diseases, such as glansitis caused by bacterial infection, or genital warts caused by unclean sexual life. In fact, it is best to judge and treat according to his specific symptoms to minimize the harm to the male body. (I) Primary GH: Commonly seen in the penis, foreskin, glans, coronal sulcus, scrotum and perineum in men; common in the cervix, vagina, urethra, labia, vulvar skin and mucosa in women. Before the onset of the disease, the local area is slightly red, with a burning and tense feeling. Then clusters of small papules appear and quickly become chestnut-sized blisters, which are cone-shaped and slightly thick. The blisters begin to be clear and then become turbid. There are usually one cluster, but there are also two or three clusters. After the blisters rupture, the eroded surface is exposed. After a few days, they dry up and form scabs. After healing, temporary pigmentation may remain, which is easy to recur at the same place. Some patients may have fatigue, general discomfort, low fever and severe tenderness in nearby lymph nodes. If the rash involves the urethra, symptoms such as urinary pain and difficulty urinating may occur. If it occurs in the vagina and cervix, there may be no conscious symptoms because these areas are relatively insensitive. A small number of cases may cause disseminated infection such as HSV encephalitis. Generally, the primary infection can last for 1 to 2 months before slowly subsiding. (ii) Recurrent GH: Recurrent symptoms are usually milder, with a shorter course and generally no systemic symptoms. HSV-2 patients are more likely to relapse than HSV-1 patients. Before relapse, there may be prodromal symptoms such as local itching, blisters appearing irregularly at the site of initial infection, and erosions or shallow ulcers forming. The rash will subside in 7 to 10 days. Physical signs include papules and small blisters in the prone areas, which may turn into pustules after 3 to 5 days, and then rupture to form erosions and ulcers, and finally heal with scabs. Local treatment: The principle is to dry, contract, and protect the affected area to prevent secondary infection. You can apply 2% gentian violet solution, or choose 10% bismuth subgallate (dermatol), zinc oxide ointment or mud paste, lithospermum officinale ointment, 0.5% neomycin ointment, or 0.25%~0.1% IDU ointment, 5% IDU dimethyl sulfoxide solution (for skin herpes), etc. For facial areas, 10% aluminum acetate or zinc-copper complex can also be used. In addition to the above-mentioned methods for treating the grains on the glans, you should also pay attention to personal hygiene, especially avoiding unclean sexual intercourse as much as possible, washing underwear separately, and exposing it to sunlight as much as possible to kill fungal viruses on the underwear. |
