Oral fluazifop, 0.2g each time, 3 times a day; or teligos, 0.2g each time, 2 times a day, for 5-7 days. Intravenous penicillin 6.4 million u/day, twice a day, for 3-5 days. Those who are allergic to penicillin can use intravenous cyclofloxacin lactate injection, 200 mg each time for adults, once every 12 hours, for 3-5 days. Gentomycin can also be injected intramuscularly, 80,000 u each time, twice a day, for 3-5 days.
