Treatment 1. Oral fluazifop, 0.2 g each time, 3 times a day; or teligot, 0.2 g each time, 2 times a day, for 5-7 days. Intravenous penicillin 6.4 million u/day, twice a day, for 3-5 days. Those who are allergic to penicillin can use intravenous cyclofloxacin lactate injection, 200 mg each time for adults, once every 12 hours, for 3-5 days. Gentomycin can also be injected intramuscularly, 80,000 u each time, twice a day, for 3-5 days. 2. Treatment with Chinese medicine ① Damp-heat: fever and chills, testicular swelling and pain, hard texture, dark urine, dry stool, red tongue with yellow greasy coating, stringy and slippery pulse. Treatment: clear damp-heat, detoxify and eliminate inflammation. Prescription: 10g each of Scutellaria baicalensis, Fructus jasminoides, Akebia, Semen Plantaginis (wrapped and decocted), Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae, 6g of Bupleurum, 12g of Licorice, 15g of Gentiana scabra, 20g each of Honeysuckle and Toosendan.
